Terms & Conditions

1. Price listed do not include postage.
2. For standard postage, the postage price for tops and other products is set at $1.50, and the postage price for bags is set at $2.00.
   For registered postage, an additional $2.24 will be imposed on top of the postage price.
   Customers are to indicate their preference in their order email/order form.
3. Orders can be made either by filling up the Order Form or via email at crosstitched@gmail.com. The email should include the following details:
   Name:
   Address:
   Item 1: Item Name/Colour
   Item 2: Item Name/Colour
   Alternative Item(s) (if Out-of-Stock): Item Name/Colour
   Postage: Normal/Registered
   Refund Voucher Code (if applicable):
   
4. After the receipt of the invoice, payment must be made within 48 hours. Payments are to be made via internet bank transfers or ATM transfers to the following bank account:

5. Once the relevant bank transfer payment is made, customers are to notify Cross-Stitched via email. The email should include the following details:
   Name:
   Date of Purchase:
   Amount Transferred:
   Bank Name/Bank Account Number:
   Internet Banking Initial/Name:
   Internet Banking Transfer Reference Code/ATM Transfer Reference Code:
   
6. Any exchanges/refunds are to be made within 20 days from the date of postage. Customers will be notified via email when their item(s) has/have been posted.
   
7. Each customer is entitled to one exchange per item purchased.
8. Cosmetics and belts are non-refundable.
   
9. For refunds, refund vouchers will be issued via email and these vouchers are valid for use only during the immediate next collection.
   
10. Exchanges and refunds can be made via postage or in-person. Customers are to notify Cross-Stitched via email should they wish to make an exchange and/or a refund.
    
11. If an exchange and/or a refund is made via postage, the customer is to notify Cross-Stitched via email and he/she is liable for all relevant charges incurred in relation to the exchange/refund. Cross-Stitched shall not be held liable should the items be lost in the mail. Items exchanged must be received by Cross-Stitched within 20 days from the date of postage by Cross-Stitched (as set out above in paragraph 6).
12. Cross-Stitched shall not be held liable for any death or negative health effects that may arise from the usage of the products. 
13. Cross-Stitched reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notification.
