How to shop with us?

  1. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Fill up the Order Form (which can be found under the "ORDER FORM" tab above) OR email us at crosstitched@gmail.com, including the following details:
    Name:
    Address:
    Item 1: Item Name/Colour
    Item 2: Item Name/Colour
    Alternative Item(s) (if Out-of-Stock): Item Name/Colour
    Postage: Normal/Registered

    Refund Voucher Code (if applicable):
  3. We will then send you an invoice, including the total price of your items and the postage price.
  4. Once you have received the invoice and checked that the order is correct, please make the relevant internet banking transfer or ATM transfer and then email us at crosstitched@gmail.com, including the following details:
    Name:
    Date of Purchase:
    Amount Transferred:

    Bank Name/Bank Account Number:
    Internet Banking Initial/Name:
    Internet Banking Transfer Reference Code/ATM Transfer Reference Code:

    Please note that payment has to be made within 48 hours. If not, we will email you to notify you that the order is cancelled.
  5. Once the payment is received, we will dispatch your item(s) and notify you.
  6. ENJOY YOUR NEW PURCHASE(S)! :)
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase(s),
  1. Read the Terms and Conditions before making an exchange/refund.
  2. Check if your item(s) is still valid for exchange/refund.
  3. Email us to notify us of which item(s) you wish to exchange/refund and your choice of method of refund/exchange (ie, meet up or postage).
  4. We will then email you to confirm the exchange/refund.
  5. Once you are notified, you may proceed to either meet up with us or post the item(s).
  6. Please notify us once you have posted the item(s) (if you choose to post it).
  7. We will notify you via email once we have received the item(s).
